Most corporate AI projects stall at a nice pilot. My job is the opposite: find the process where AI moves your numbers, put it to work with your team and measure what changes. I work with companies in Colombia and Latin America whose operations run on WhatsApp, documents and credit.
What an AI consultant does (and doesn't)
A good AI consultant doesn't sell you a tool. They learn how your operation works, decide where AI pays off and where it doesn't, and stay until the system works with real people.
What I don't do: trend decks, generic courses or chatbots nobody uses. If a use case has no clear return, I'll tell you in the first conversation.
How we work
- AI diagnostic (2 weeks): process map, the three use cases with the best return, build vs. buy and a 90-day plan with owners.
- First agent in production (6–8 weeks): a real agent on WhatsApp, by voice or reviewing documents, with tests, permissions and human approval from day one.
- Fractional Chief AI Officer (monthly): I sit with your leadership team — AI governance, hiring and a P&L impact dashboard.

Why me
Today I design and run the AI agents of a VC-backed mortgage platform in Colombia: 5,100+ sessions in production, an operations agent that absorbed the routine layer of a coordinator role (about USD 51K a year) at USD 274–400 a month, a broker copilot that went from zero to production in 18 days, and a mortgage plugin published in the ChatGPT directory. Before that I co-founded and ran DORA, a rental-guarantee fintech with 2,000 tenants and a 0.8% default rate, which was acquired.

- A well-scoped agent can be operating in weeks, not months. The first broker copilot I built went from zero to production in 18 days.
- Do I need a technical team to start?
- No. Part of the work is leaving the system running and your team trained. If it makes sense to hire AI talent later, I help you define and pick the profile.
