Federico Garzón Rodríguez has spent more than ten years building housing and credit companies in Colombia, and now focuses on moving artificial intelligence from demo to daily operations. As Head of AI & Growth at LQN Hipotecas he designed and runs the agents the company uses every day: an operations agent with more than 5,100 sessions, a WhatsApp CRM with a voice agent used by three brands, a credit sales copilot shipped in 18 days and a plugin published in the ChatGPT directory. Before that he co-founded and ran DORA, accelerated by 500 Global, which replaced the co-signer in Colombian leases and was acquired.
